Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation / reschedule may be necessary.  If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice.  This courtesy enables us to schedule another guest, and in turn maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you're late we will do everything we can to accommodate, however we may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled for.

Our Gurantee

PURE by gloss's  expectations are as high as yours when you experience our salon.  We believe that your complete and total satisfaction of our guest is the ultimate goal.  In the event you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a "redo" service.  Redo services are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and will be provided by the original stylist at no charge.

Retail Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products.  For any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return product within 5 days of purchase.

Child Safety Policy

We love children, and hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and the salon experience of our guests.  Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
