We have all had to make some big changes during this COVID-19 Pandemic. We understand that you have waited a long time to get a service and are eager to feel your best again.

Even though looking and feeling better may be important to your morale, we do need to remember that your health and the health of our team is the number one priority. We want to ensure that you enjoy your service and feel good again all while keeping everyone safe and healthy.

Social Distancing Guidelines And New Policies Until Further Notice

Limiting the amount of people

We will only have a max of 12 people in the salon at a time, this includes our staff and clients.

Cleaner air

Less appointments

We will not be double booking appointments and will be limiting our service menu until circumstances change.

To avoid blowing germs around we will not be using a blowdryer and round brush to finish your service.

Preparing for your appointment

If you are scheduled for a color service please wear a shirt you don't care about as we will not be having you change into a color robe and you may get color on it.

Bring a mask that goes around your ears.

When you arrive to your appointment

Stay in your car and your stylist will call you when they are ready for you. During this call you will have your consultation as well.

-Unfortunately no hugs, hand shakes and high-fives at this time.

Sanitation Station

Each stylist will have hand sanitizer located on their station for you to use before you settle in the chair.

We will have to reschedule existing loyal guests from the end of March, April and May. These clients will have booking priority when we are able to reopen. ONLY THE CLIENTS GETTING A SERVICE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALON. All friends, family and children will need to stay at home. 

Scheduling 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation / reschedule may be necessary.  If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice.  This courtesy enables us to schedule another guest, and in turn maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you're late we will do everything we can to accommodate, however we may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled for.

Our Gurantee

PURE by gloss's expectations are as high as yours when you experience our salon.  We believe that the complete and total satisfaction of our guest is the ultimate goal.  In the event you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a "redo" service.  Redo services are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and will be provided by the original stylist at no charge.

Retail Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products.  For any reason if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return the product within 5 days of purchase.

Child Safety Policy

We love children. However, we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in the salon.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and the salon experience of our guests.  Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
